These Terms of Use govern your use of Fuel Miles. By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fuel Miles.

Fuel Miles is a tracking and organizational tool that helps you record and review information about your vehicles, including:

Fuel Miles will never ask for your password to provide support.
You retain responsibility for the information you enter. Fuel Miles receives the rights necessary to store and process that information to provide the service. Fuel Miles does not claim ownership of your vehicle, fuel, or maintenance records.
Fuel Miles relies on information entered by you and performs calculations based on that information. Fuel economy calculations depend on the data you enter, and maintenance records depend on the information you provide. Fuel Miles does not guarantee that user-entered information is accurate.
Fuel Miles is a tracking and organizational tool. It is not a mechanic, a vehicle inspection service, a manufacturer, or a substitute for professional automotive advice.
Next-service dates and mileage shown in Fuel Miles are organizational reminders based on information you enter. They are not manufacturer-certified maintenance recommendations.
Do not interact with Fuel Miles in a way that distracts you while driving. Enter information only when safely parked or otherwise able to use your device safely.
Fuel Miles may occasionally be unavailable, updated, changed, or interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Fuel Miles currently offers its core service without charge. Additional optional features or plans may be introduced in the future.
If paid functionality is introduced later, separate pricing or subscription terms may apply. We will not charge you for features that have not been clearly described and launched.
You may not:
Fuel Miles may restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for security, to address abuse, fraud, or serious violations of these Terms.
You may delete your Fuel Miles account using the functionality provided in Settings. This permanently removes your vehicles, fuel logs, maintenance records, and trips. Due to a platform limitation, your login identity may remain and may need to be removed separately.
The Fuel Miles branding, software, interface, and original content remain the property of the Fuel Miles operator, except for information you enter. Fuel Miles does not claim ownership of your vehicle, fuel, or maintenance records.
Fuel Miles relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate, including its hosting platform and, when you choose Google sign-in, Google for authentication.
Fuel Miles is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will always be accurate or available. Your use of Fuel Miles is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Fuel Miles and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This does not affect any rights that may not be legally waived in your jurisdiction.
We may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features of Fuel Miles over time. We will aim to communicate significant changes where appropriate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when changes are made.
